heyo !omg im damn tired todayyy.

especially my legs, it hurts more than trainings.
thats because..
i went east coast for cycling with my cousins & familyyy.
almost die there can !
so tiring & even the sky have to bully us. :/
it came pouring ! & we were drenched.
i think i wont even think of cycling anymore in the year 2009.
HAHAHA ! :D
